The SG-1 team are on a mission to Nasya, to rescue the survivors that have been attacked by the Goauld. During the rescue, Dr Carter's body is taken over by a Goauld.

While exploring a seemingly insignificant planet, O'Neill and the SG-1 team are approached by a ragged figure who pleads for their help. They try to defend him, only to discover that the man is a fleeing murderer.
The Gamekeeper
The SG-1 team travel to P7J989, where they discover a garden and dome full of chambers, each containing an unconscious person. As the team inspects the chambers, they are trapped and knocked unconscious.
Need
While exploring planet P3R 636, ONeill and the SG1 team come across what appears to be a troop of Jaffa warriors and ceremonial priests delivering Naquadah, an element treasured by the Goauld, through the Stargate.
Thor's Chariot
The SG-1 team return to Cimmeria after learning that the Goauld have invaded the planet.They feel responsible as, on their previous visit they destroyed Thors Hammer, the planets main instrument of defence.

The team intervenes when an ongoing conflict between Gerak and Ba'al puts the United States at risk.
Message In A Bottle
While exploring a planet the SG-1 team find an orb that sends out electromagnetic signals. They think it is a time capsule and are intrigued by its power source, which seems to have lasted a millenia.
Family
Tealcs mentor Bratac arrives unexpectedly through the Stargate with shocking news: the Goauld Apophis survived the destruction of his ship and has now kidnapped Tealcs son, Ryac.
Secrets
Daniel and Tealc travel back to Abydos, as it has been a year since Daniel left to fulfill a promise he made to Shares father Kasuf. When they arrive, Daniel learns that his wife, is pregnant.
Bane
While exploring BP6-3Q1, ONeill and the SG-1 team are attacked by giant insects. The team escapes through the Stargate, but not before Tealc is stung. When Tealc returns to Earth, a strange transformation begins.
The Tok'Ra (Pt 1)
Carter has a vivid dream, in which she sees through the eyes of Jolinar, the Tokra or rebel Gouald, who briefly inhabited her body. Although her father is dying, Carter knows she must go on the mission to find Tokra.

Lt. Col. Mitchell disappears while trying to contact a band of legendary Jaffa warriors.
The Tok'Ra (Pt 2)
The Tokra have turned down ONeill and SG-1s request for an alliance against the Goauld because, as Garshaw explains, the earthlings dont offer enough rewards to justify the security breech.
Spirits
The SG-11 team has not returned from its mission to Planet PXY 887, where they recently discovered an element, Trinium, that is a hundred times lighter and stronger than steel.

When a group posing as the SG-1 team steals the climate-controlling Touchstone from the planet Madrona, the planets weather deteriorates, threatening inhabitants with imminent death unless the stone is recovered.
The Fifth Race
SG-1 team travel to an ancient room that houses alien inscriptions in an attempt to decode alien languages found in a probe. When O'Neill peers through a viewer in the ancient room, he is caught in its grasp.
A Matter Of Time
While attempting to save the members of SG-10 from a black hole on planet P3X 451, the SG-1 team activates the Stargate and exposes themselves to the holes gravitational pull.

Landry and his government overseers disagree over what to do about a dangerous, genetically engineered Goa'uld creation.

When the SG-1 team stumble upon the former Goauld enemy Machello, they fall victim to his body-swapping invention. Machello takes on Daniel's body and the archeologist finds himself trapped in the body of a dying man.

During a routine mission, the UAV plane crashes into a planet inhabited by an unusual life form. Sent to recover the plane, the SG-1 team discovers those living on the planet are friendly and far simpler than humans.

A young boy gains entry to the SGC and tells the SG-1 team he has come with his mother, a member of the invisible Reetou race. The boy announces that his planet has been destroyed by the Goauld.

The SG-1 team are propelled back in time, landing in a top-secret military facility. Carrying a letter General Hammond gave her, Carter is searched by a Lieutenant who is astonished by the letters contents.

Out Of Mind (Pt 1)
Awakening from what seems like cryogenic suspension, O'Neill finds himself in a futuristic version of the SGC. He is told by doctors he has been frozen for 79 years and the rest of the SG-1 team perished long ago.

When SG-1 are imprisoned, General Hammond sends Colonel Makepeace on a rescue mission. O'Neill gets selected by Hathor as the host for a Goauld and Teal goes to Chulak to employ some Jaffa to help.

Jolinar's Memories (Pt 1)
The Tokra come to Earth and tell Sam that her dad is being held prisoner on a planet Earth people would describe as hell. The team goes to rescue him and takes a cargo ship as there's no stargate.
