    How much do SMS guide reminders cost?

    A.

    They are FREE! Simply go to the TV Guide + select an episode, we will send you a FREE SMS or e-mail reminder to watch.

    Do you sell DVDs of your shows?

    A.

    No we don't but most of the shows are available through the major retailers ie EzyDVD, Myer, Amazon.

    Can I submit ideas directly to SF?

    A.

    Our policy is not to accept or consider unsolicited materials (including, without limitation, submissions for entertainment programming ideas). Accordingly, the SF Channel will delete, destroy or return to you all unsolicited materials without considering them.

    I forgot my log in password. How do I get a password reminder?

    A.

    Please use the 'remind me' link on the website. On the LOGIN form, there is a 'remind me!' link above the password textbox. You can click this, and then enter your email address to be sent a password reminder.

    I would like to do work experience at SF. How do I apply?

    A.

    SF's policy is to allow two work experience placements a year. Should you wish to apply, you must apply as part of an education institution programme such as a school which provides insurance coverage for yourself during the duration of the work experience. If you would like to submit an application please forward it to SF HR Department, Locked Bag 1 Paddington NSW 2021.

    Will SF ever be available as a HD channel?

    We have no current plans for a SF HD Channel but we have passed on your feedback to our Programming Department.

    When will seasons 4 and 5 of Eureka air on SF?

    A.

    Thank you for taking the time to write to us we have passed on your feedback to our Programming Department. Due to our licensing agreement Channel 10 have first run rights to air season 5 of Eureka. Season 4 is due to air on SF in 2013.

    Why has the same movie been repeated several times?

    A.

    SF screens movies on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, with a repeat in the evening and early hours. Our movies are scheduled in this way to allow viewers to be able to catch the programs at different times of the day.

    Why do you continue to air the same program a number of times?

    A.

    Due to our licencing agreement for each of our programs we are required to play the shows a certain number of times during their run. The combination of the plus two channel along with the different number of times a program is scheduled allows our audience to catch their favourite programs at a variety of times.
