I give you Tod Browning's Freaks; and you give us this asterisk.

Are you pondering what I'm pondering?

Lol yes I used to watch that too Cap...

BF might have bypassed this show?

Animaniacs and Pinky & the Brain were brilliant. I have both sets.
Bearfax via website 43w ago Flag
Yep. Dont recall that one at all. Must'a been a ater generation.

ps I like Bean, Blackadder and Ripping Yarns

I like Blackadder and Ripping Yarns. Never got the Bean thing, though — possibly because I've had to deal with too many dopey-looking, inept clods in real life.

Submitted for your approval: one of my favourite Animaniacs parodies, Hearts of Twilight. See if you can guess which movie they're spoofing ...

That has me scared. :-/
Reason why I said this is that there is likely to be little change at all. Only the colours and the background probably.

Thanks...for the memories (actually I think there's a song along those lines)
There is, it is by Fallout Boy.

Yes the old stuff is very good, not so good today as it was.
I whole heartedly agree with you on that one, only on British comedy though, not American (American..? Comedy.? What..?).

I agree that Brit humour on TV is vastly superior to what the Yanks supply. But the yanks do have some comedies worth a look. Seinfeld was pretty good (No soup for you). Cheers and Frasier were pretty good too. I loved Get Smart, Police Squad and Green Acres. The Three Stooges while Curly was on deck was amusing and Abbott and Costello, The Marx Brothers and Laurel and Hardy were fine. And one mustn't forget Charlie Chaplin. But otherwise their humour has been pretty tame.

BF? Remember what I was saying about Narcissistic Personality Disorder?

Daniel: I'm fairly certain that the song to which Bearfax referred was the popular song "Thanks for the Memory" (1938), with music composed by Ralph Rainger and lyrics written by Leo Robin. It was introduced (in the 1938 film "The Big Broadcast of 1938") by Shep Fields and His Orchestra, with vocals by Bob Hope and Shirley Ross.

Five ... four ... three ... two ...

errrr. yes ZV. But I didn't want to embarrass the kid. Each generation to their own.
